Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Sole Snatchs relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term Sole Snatch or “us” or “we” refers to the owner of the website. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Privacy Policy

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s Internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Payment is completed through PayPal. Please refer to PayPal’s website for information regarding storing of information.  

Add to Cart Service

Purchasing an Add to Cart slot:

If for any reason, you choose to use any other service or try to own your own to secure a pair, use a different Nike Account. If this is not done, it will conflict with the system and hinder chances at secure your pair. At this time, you will not be able to file a refund request.

In order for a refund to be processed and made, you must submit a request. All refund requests must be submitted within 72 hours of the release date. This is to ensure a refund is given in a timely manner. Please submit all refund requests on the refund request tab. Any refund requests after the 72-hour timeframe will be rejected and denied.

If the item is successfully added to your cart you cannot receive a refund. You forfeit your right to a refund. This means that if you fail to checkout the item, you will not be considered for a refund.

When you purchase an Add To Cart item from Sole Snatch, you are paying us a service fee to successfully add the sneaker of choice to your cart. Once you are notified from us by email and/or text message that we have successfully added the sneaker to your cart, it is your responsibility to checkout and complete your transaction. If you fail to complete the transaction after we have successfully added the sneaker to you cart you will forfeit your right for refund.

When you are submitting information to us (Nike Email, Password...etc.), make sure all information is correct. If any information is wrong and we are not able to add the item to your cart, you will not receive a full refund. You will only be entitled to a 75% refund. If you submitted the wrong size of desired shoe and then went on to purchasing it from Nike.com, Sole Snatch is not responsible for such incompetence and incorrect shoe size and a refund will not be issued.

Upon payment, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all the Terms and Conditions. Furthermore, the buyer acknowledges that “charge-backs” or “unauthorized purchases/transactions” initiated via their bank and/or creditor should be recognized by PayPal as an attempt to fraudulently keep the merchandise of the seller while receiving reimbursement. The payment of the invoice marks that the buyer is aware of the item he should be receiving and that the payment is authorized.

Refunds

A refund will be issued back to same payment method in which the buyer purchased items off this website under the following conditions:

Sole Snatch add to cart service was unsuccessful at securing the sneakers (adding the buyers desired sneaker to specified Nike accounts cart) and the buyer successfully files a request for a refund within 72 hours of release date.

There was a Nike system error; therefor the buyer was unable to complete their purchase.

Nike account details were not correctly specified to Sole Snatch therefor, the buyer will only be entitled to a 75% refund of the price the buyer paid for that add to cart service.

Please don't change your Nike.com password before submitting a refund request. Our system will have a problem processing your request if the information is different and you will automatically lose the right to your refund. We are able to check to see if the buyer has purchased or has not purchased a specific sneaker with the Nike credentials you have provided to Sole Snatch.

If we add the shoes to your cart but you don't checkout for whatever reason, we are no responsible for you missing out. If Nike cancels the release and reschedules it, we will carry over all orders to the re-release. We are no responsible if you sleep in and miss the release or for any other reason. 

Before placing your order, make sure that all of your information is 100% correct to ensure that our system will not run into any problems on release day. If you have any problems with your order please get in contact with us 24 hours before the release. If you miss this deadline we will not be able to change your information, as it will already have been submitted in our system.

Sole Snatch is in not an application produced by Nike, therefor is in no way affiliated or endorsed by Nike Inc., nike.com, or any other company affiliated with Nike.

We reserve the right to modify our Terms and Conditions at any time, so please review it frequently.

Sole Snatch reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime and/or refuse the right of a refund if a violation of our Terms & Conditions has been made. Depending on the severity of the violation it is also possible to be banned from our services. Please review our Terms & Conditions.
